Recipe
1. Boil moulds of white konnyaku 2 or 3 minutes and drain them.
2. Heat the water, granulated sugar and red wine in a pot over moderate fire. After the sugar mested, put peeled and sliced apple.
3. Put konnyaku, sliced lemon and cinnamon stick.
4. Seal the surface with cokking paper and set the lid. Put it over low flame for 30 minutes. Turn the ingredients over 2 or 3 times while simmering.
5. Pack the whole ingredients including sauce in a airtight container and cool it in the refrigerator.
