Konnyaku and Strowberries Dessert

Directions

1.Wash white ita-konnyaku with water and mince it in a cutting machine.

2.Pour hot boiling water onto minced konnyaku and drain.

3.Dry them with cloth.

4.Remove the calyxes of strowberries and mash them.

5.Put mashed strawberries and sugar into a pan and heat gently.

6.Stop heating when it boils and add some gelatin.

7.When the gelatin dissolves add the konnyaku and chill on ice and water.

8.Whip egg yolks and add some sugar to it for working meringue.

9.Mix fresh cream, meringue and strawberries together.

10.Put 9. in glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Suger 20g
Gelatin 5g
Water 25g
Egg 1
Fresh cream 30g
