Konnyku and kiwi fruit dessert

Directions

1.Wash white ita-konnyaku with water and mince it in a cutting machine.

2.Pour hot boiling water onto minced konnyaku and drain.

3.Dry them with cloth.

4.Cut kiwi fruit into two halves and hollow out the contents with a spoon.

5.Melt suger in boiling water and cool it down.

6.Mix crushed kiwi fruit and lemon juice with 5. .

7.Add konnyaku in 6. and stir.

8.Wrap 7. and cool in a refrigerator for 2 hours.

9.When the surface becomes frozen stir it with a spoon and put it back into refrigerator.

Konnyaku 70g
Kiwi 2
water 100g
Suger 50g
Lemon juice 1 tablespoons
